Quality Management

Our internal quality management system ensures complete accountability and traceability of every aspect of our manufacturing services. Each product and component we manufacture complies with contractual and design specifications.

Inspection Department

Dedicated engineers in our fully-staffed Inspection Department employ the latest technology to assure that the products and components we manufacture are up to specification and meet exacting quality checks. Our in-house test and measurement inventory includes plant and instrumentation for:

• CMM computerised measuring
• Dimensional metrology (computerised shadowgraph with edge sensing and surface illumination)
• Mechanical test and measuring
• Fluid, pneumatic and electrical testing

Accreditation and Auditing

Diamond Engineering is ISO 9001/2008 United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited for best practice.

All of our plant equipment is calibrated and traceable to UKAS standards.

We are routinely quality audited by many of our multinational clients.
